The indicated prices are all in CHF per person and they contain all services mentioned in the travel information.

If there are less than 6 persons signing up, the tour will be cancelled with reimbursement of the advance payment.
Payment modus: 25% upon reception of the invoice 75% (rest) 30 days prior to departure. If the tour is booked less than 30 days prior to departure, the full amount is due immediately.
General Conditions (Travel & Contract)
By booking the customer confirms that he/she has read and accepted the following conditions.
Adaptability, health and fitness: Adaptability and a certain openness are indispensable prerequisites for the functioning of this trip. Participants need to be of good health and used to physical exertion to a certain degree.
Overnight stays: We will be considering individual needs. If there are no single rooms available, you might be asked to share a room with another person.
Cancellation / Trip interruption: A cancellation of the trip has to be communicated at the earliest possible moment. 60 days or less before the trip, we will charge 10% of the costs; within 30 days of the trip, 50% will be charged. Less than 15 days before we will charge the full amount. If the trip is interrupted by the participant, no costs are refunded.
Insurance: We recommend that you have an insurance for accidents and travel cancellation.
Program changes: We reserve the right to change the travel program if circumstances demand it. The responsibility for this decision remains with the travel guide.
Place of jurisdiction: Swiss law applies to the contract between organizer and participant. Place of jurisdiction is Bellinzona.
