Conditions generales du voyage
Avec la réservation le client certifie qu’il a lu et accepté les présentes conditions.
Devoirs / Exigences: Passer 10 jours à l’extérieur et pédaler dans un groupe a besoin d’un bon esprit d’adaptation. L’esprit d’équipe qui sera créée sera important pour le succès du voyage. Les participants doivent être en bonne santé et habitués à pédaler plusieurs heures par jour.
Hébergement: Nous allons examiner les demandes individuelles, mais dans certains établissements peut–être necessaire de partager une chambre avec d’autres participants.
Annulation / interruption du voyage: En cas d’annulation du voyage est nécessaire une information écrite et les coûts suivants seront facturés: jusqu’à 60 jours: 10 % / 30 j.= 50% / 15 j.= 100% L’interruption du voyage ne donne pas droit à un remboursement.
Assurance: Il est conseillé de souscrire une assurance contre les accidents, RC et l’annulation de vacances.
Changements de programme: Changements possibles si les circonstances l’exigent. Le guide décide de façon autonome.
Compétence: Le droit suisse régit la relation contractuelle avec le client. Compétence est Bellinzona.
